On The Wirecutter, Brian Lam talks a little bit about their new site, The Sweethome.

About 6 months ago Joel Johnson, the launch editor for the project, took a handful of carefully chosen writers and started building out the guides. Like The Wirecutter, it will start with just a few pieces, eschewing volume for a few careful, mindful, heavily-researched opinions. And like The Wirecutter, if the site serves you well, helping you fill your home with quality gear and supplies, we’ll be able to continue our work and do more and more of our guides over the next few months and years.

The site looks great, and already has some good posts up. I’ve been a fan of The Wirecutter for over a year, and I’m pretty excited to keep an eye on The Sweethome.
