Batman Begins will forever be the movie I point to when determining the line in Christopher Nolan’s career where he went from being an indie darling, cerebral grassroots film director into a once in a generation, bank busting, prodigious director pushing the limits of his medium.
Clearly I’m amped up for The Dark Knight Rises. So I loved reading Shadoe Huard and Adam Hyland take a highly analytical look at the first two Nolan directed Batman films. Definitely check this out as it’s highly enjoyable.
