So a guy who produces industrial designs that are used by hundreds of millions is going to design a one-off camera? That camera is supposed to be auctioned off for charity and would probably command a pretty high price. But even if it is worth millions, is designing a camera worth Sir Jony’s time?
Uh, yes. It is. Considering Leica is one of the most respected companies from an industrial design standpoint –not to mention its heavy influence on Apple’s design principles, I’d say it’s definitely worth Ive’s time. And I would be frothing to see the end result.
